FoundryMan | Solid Foundry
Foundryman Tech has been focused on manufacturing and designing & engineering slurry pumps and spare parts for more than 15 years, offers a series range of centrifugal slurry pumps specially designed to handle light to severe abrasive slurries.
Moreover, Selecting the right pump for slurries is critical to maximum its efficiency and lifetime. Basic pump components, such as the impeller size and design, material of construction, and discharge configurations must be considered to ensure the pump will hold up against the wear caused by the abrasive slurries.
Our centrifugal slurry pump parts are cast in our foundry and finished in our large-scale CNC machine shop. These high-quality alloy wet-ends provide our customers with longer wear life due to metallurgical advancements and improved efficiency due to patented high chrome materials. You could enjoy perfect fit and finish to reduce installation workload.
To select the perfect fit material and upgrading material to meet customer’s expectation and enhance wear life and performance is our mission.
Our slurry pump parts including casing, impeller, throat bush, volute, expeller, suction liner, bearing assembly and frame etc. to fit warman slurry pump parts:
AH: 1.5/1~20/18 AHR: 1.5/1~16/14
AHF: 4'~6' G: 6/4~14/12
GH: 8/6~12/10 HH:1.5/1~6/4
M: 10/8~12/10 AHP: 10/8

Foundryman Tech has a wide range of slurry pump parts with significantly longer wear life across the full selection of slurry pump sizes, these parts are 100% interchangeable with WARMAN and we can guarantee the stability, substantial savings and a very competitive price.
SAH(R) pumps are centrifugal double casing horizontal pump. They are designed for handling the most abrasive and erosive slurries with high density in applications of mill discharge, Coarse sand, Coarse tailings, Phosphoric acid, Mineral concentrate, Heavy media, Lime grinding, Fine tailings, Coal washing, FGD.
Pump range: 1‘’-18‘’
Capacity to: 5400m³/h
Head to: 68m
SVP(R) pumps are centrifugal single casing vertical slurry pump, they are designed for handling abrasive, large particle and high-density slurries. SVP(R) pumps do not need any shaft seal and easy to maintain. They can also be operated normally for insufficient suction duties. Wet parts are made of high chrome abrasion-resistant metal or

It perfects for delivering abrasive slurries containing large solids in mining, dredging and other fields. The wet-parts are made of Ni-hard and high chromium white iron abrasion-resistance alloys. The discharge direction of pump can be oriented in any direction of 360° as you requested. SG(H) has obviously advantages of easy installation and operation, good performance of low NPSH and abrasion-resistance in severe duties.
Pump range: 4‘’-20‘’
Capacity to: 5600m³/h
Head to: 78m
Slurry pumps are wildly used in many industrial applications such as mining, quarrying, dredging, recycling, and coal washing etc. They are suitable to transport a fluid handled containing highly abrasive solids such as flotations, suspensions of slag, coal or ore in mining and sinter sludges, or in sand and gravel extraction pump abrasive fluids continuously, they are particularly heavily exposed to erosive wear.
Therefore, the wet parts of slurry pumps can simply be replaced when worn without having to replace the whole pump. Contact Foundryman Tech for more details of your pump spare parts.
