Our quality control process based management system approach has been adopted to help develop, implement and improve the effectiveness of the quality management system and to help ensure customer focus.
FoundryMan aims to prevent problems within the process so that all output is accurate. Up- front preventative action is utilized to try to eliminate quality problems before they occur.
Rigorous QC procedures include testing of hardness, tensile, impact, chemical composition, wear performance and micro-structure of products assured our genuine wear parts.
We also do extensive testing like X-ray, magnetic particle examination and penetration testing etc., to ensure parts conform to the original material specs, dimensions, and standards
ITP Management system
Apart from these advanced instruments, we also built a complete QA system to assure the constant solid quality of our products. As an experienced OEM parts supplier, our project management team will make your own ITP, track your order, update you the latest production status, till the final testing report collection and shipment, all these works are standardized in our project management process to provide as complete solutions as we can to our clients.
QC programs are in place at every aspects of castings
- Visual inspection: Visual inspection must be 100% carried out and need to make sure there will be no defects on the surface of sand castings.
- Dimensional Inspection: To ensure customized products are on the dimension, we need to test the product by measuring tools one by one according to the drawing.
- Chemical Analysis: To ensure the material conforms to the standard compositions of the specified iron grade, we test the chemical composition of materials accordingly for each furnace of melted iron by the spectrometer.
- Physical Testing: Physical Properties such as tensile Strength, hardness, impact strength, balancing , pressure , elongation, etc is tested in-house laboratory with advanced measurement equipment and state-of-the-art inspection facilities.
