Traditionally, these parts have been produced using forging processes, which are 2 times more costly than our innovative casting approach.

A FULL SERVICE FOUNDRY
Our Solid Foundry occupies 30,000 square meters and utilizes resin sand, coated sand and lost foam molding techniques for casting production.
We produce 10,000 tons annually of a wide range of chrome white iron, ductile iron and stainless steel castings.
Our expertise lies in producing complex, wear resistance castings, suitable for various applications, with weights ranging from 0.5 kg to 26,000 kg.
