Integrated Inspection & Testing
We implement a comprehensive, integrated inspection procedure to ensure every product meets original material specifications and relevant industry standards. More than 160 precision instruments monitor each production stage, enabling us to detect subtle deviations and correct them in real time. Each part we produce carries a unique tracking number that follows it through our facility, ensuring full traceability from raw material to finished component.

Quality Control Activities
Our team performs extensive tests to verify material properties, dimensional accuracy and functional performance. Key activities include:
- Physical & chemical testing to confirm alloy composition and mechanical properties.
- Dimensional inspection using three‑coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to uphold tight tolerances.
- Non‑destructive testing (NDT) such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle or dye penetrant methods to uncover hidden flaws without damaging the part.
- Balancing to ensure rotating components run smoothly and minimize vibration.
- Hydraulic testing to validate pressure‑bearing performance and leak‑free operation.
By combining preventive measures with rigorous in‑process inspections, we ensure that every casting, machining and assembly step aligns with your specifications.
